Erfolgreiche Vereinsmeisterschaften – Danke an alle Mitglieder, die dazu beigetragen haben! (English see below)

Liebe Vereinsmitglieder,

am Samstag, 7. Dezember führten wir erfolgreich die schweizerischen Vereinsmeisterschaften durch. Wir machten 5 Jahrgangsrekorde und 9 Meisterschaftsrekorde möglich. Und noch viel wichtiger: wir alle zusammen haben

  • Einen emotionalen und motivierenden Anlass erfolgreich realisiert
  • Dank des Engagements einzelner Vereinsmitglieder 33 Sponsoren und Donatoren mobilisiert und damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zu unserer Vereinskasse erzielt
  • Vier von sieben Gemeinderäten der Gemeinde Baar und einen Regierungsrat des Kantons Zug den Leistungssport Schwimmen näher gebracht
  • Aus einer sportlichen Niederlage für unsere Schwimmer eine motivierende Situation geschafft, um nächstes Jahr an diesem Mannschaftswettbewerb teilzunehmen

Die energiegeladene Stimmung im Lättich war höchst motivierend! Besonders möchte ich den Mitgliedern des Organisationskommitees, Tommy Wikström, Karl Landtwing, Tobias Gross und Adrian Andermatt danken. Einen Sonderbeitrag geleistet haben Michèle Rudolf im Sponsoring und Alex de Chazal mit seinen speziellen Fotos, welche die Stimmung des Anlasses erfassen.
Herzlichen Dank Euch allen, wie auch all den Vereinsmitgliedern, die vor, während und nach dem Anlass zum Erfolg beigetragen haben!

Successful club championships – Thanks to all members who contributed to it!

Dear club members,

on Saturday, December 7th we successfully hosted the Swiss Club Championships. We made 5 age-specific records and 9 championship records possible. And even more important: together, we

  • successfully realized an emotional and motivating event
  • made an important contribution to our club’s finances thanks to the commitment of individual club members and signed on 33 sponsors and donors
  • introduced competitive swimming to four out of seven municipal councillors of the municipality of Baar and one councillor of the canton of Zug
  • overcame the disappointment of not qualifying this year and increased our swimmers’ motivating to participate next year in this team competition

The energetic atmosphere in Lättich was highly motivating! I would especially like to thank the members of the organizing committee, Tommy Wikström, Karl Landtwing, Tobias Gross and Adrian Andermatt. Special mention and appreciation goes to Michèle Rudolf for a tremendous contribution in sponsoring and Alex de Chazal for his special photos, which capture the emotions of the event.

Many thanks to all of you, as well as to all the members who contributed to the success before, during and after the event.
